“ I visit this coffee culture location quite often. It is like most other chains, sometimes you have a really great experience, sometimes not so much but that is ok. I had to write a review because today I was blown away by the service I received and witnessed. Around 9:30am on Wednesday Nov 20, I visited with my daughter. The girl at the register was friendly and welcoming. She made my latte well and for the rest of my visit she served the other customers quickly and happily. She remembered her regulars and made conversation with them all. I’m told her name is Kayla, but I’m not sure (she has a butterfly tattoo on the back of her neck). ”
“ This place is very nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I only had a muffin and coffee and the muffin was fresh and delicious, the coffee was delicious. The pricing was very fair. Girls working behind counter were prompt in service and so friendly. I very much enjoyed this coffee shop and would highly recommend this place to all others. ”

“ We spent a Friday night in Woodstock and early Saturday morning I went to Coffee Culture Cafe. The place was quiet and the mood was great with snowfall from the previous night. The young lady behind the counter was sweet and polite. The cappuccino was smooth and tasty! I liked the interior decor - very cozy and old school with the booths (and leather seats). The color scheme reminded me of a Hollywood movie. Give this place a shot when you visit Woodstock. ”

“ I regularly visit this location and this morning was very busy. The place was clean and the inside temperature was very comfortable unlike most days when it’s set to 23 or 24 according to the thermostat on the wall, whatever employee thinks that’s ideal is crazy. I have to give credit to Kayla, she was alone and handled a huge line of people like a pro, was incredibly efficient and still managed to make customers in front of me laugh. She’s the best hire I’ve seen, including the one female manager who works the mornings. If anyone else was behind the counter, the line would have moved MUCH slower - I’ve seen it happen. Thanks for making a line to the door not seem so painful, Kayla! ”
